Personality:

Rosetta is very sweet natured and kind, as well as very polite. However, she was raised to be a leader, so she's a strong decision maker and strategizer with a very good sense of leadership. She's very good at discussion and debate, and knows how to get others to where she needs them to be to agree to something. However, she's a kind and loyal friend who loves being there for others and being able to help out. She's very guarded due to past experiences, and it takes a while for her to decide she trusts someone.

Biography:

Rosetta was born the princess of a kingdom in south asia. Due to a genetic condition she was born without legs, and has worn prosthetics her entire life. In her family, with every other generation one person would receive a psychic gift; the ability to discern others' thoughts and see glimpses of potential futures. Rosetta was the one to receive this gift, and spent much of her life being trained by her grandmother in how to use it safely.
However, many sought the power that the family line held to their gifts, particularly people from other countries and kingdoms. When Rosetta was 18 her family was victim to a surprise attack, leading to a battle where she lost use of her left eye. Unfortunately her parents lost their lives, and she was forced to flee with the help of her grandmother to a different country.

Thus, Rosetta ended up in Japan, where she went into hiding using money she'd taken from the family. She was scared and alone, but determined to remain safe and to start a new life here. As such, she began to live as someone new, eventually coming to the attention of a certain kitsune.
